It’s a story I like to tell, about how one research leader turned out to be particularly successful in establishing knowledge value in her workplace. In doing so, she ensured that knowledge sharing was used to its maximum value, leading to an effective knowledge services operational framework for the organization. And — with management support — establishing that the organization functions as a knowledge culture.
