Part 2: Practical Steps for Information and Knowledge Leaders will be presented on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST/11:AM PST.
In the webinars, Guy will provide his own suggestions for information and knowledge workers, giving them the opportunity to demonstrate for managers and users alike the critical importance of knowledge sharing in the recovery process.

All registrants will be sent a link Guy’s 2017 book, Knowledge Services: A Strategic Framework for the 21st Century Organization, an Open Access title from De Gruyter (the publisher).
