
When the knowledge strategist and his or her knowledge strategy development team are ready, one of the most critical jobs is preparing – in writing – a description of what the knowledge strategy will look like. We’re trying to capture what we want to do in writing, in order to convey what we’re trying to do as we build the strategic framework for knowledge sharing for the larger enterprise. In this discussion, we take a good look at some of the more necessary texts we must deal with: executive summary, introduction, the findings and directions from the knowledge services audit, and the recommended action plan to ensure that the strategy moves forward.
